THE EDM THING

Unbeknownst to us during the planning of the wedding, the semiannual CRSSD festival was scheduled to take place on the same weekend we chose. This event happening at Waterfront Park across the street from our venue, is expected to bring ten to fifteen thousand attendees, so the immediate area will likely be a bit of a madhouse. We weren’t made aware of this conflict until much too late to change dates or locations, so this will just be a thing we have to work around.

To accommodate this insanity we have moved the start of the ceremony up to 10:00 AM with the boat being open to guests as early as 9:00 AM. This change in schedule allows us to complete the outdoor ceremony and be well into the reception by the time the festival starts at noon, mitigating disruption.

As mentioned on the travel page, traffic and parking will almost certainly be an catastrophe so please keep that in mind when estimating your travel time and methods.
